These two names are probably more familiar in movieland than in dramas, but the two actors are going to appear on the small screen with upcoming cable drama Signal on tvN! Given the stellar cast, it’s like we’re in for a movie 😉 The hype has been around since forever, and the show’s premise sounds very intriguing. They have been featured on the January issue of Vogue and the background of the pictures have Signal’s synopsis as their theme with radios, an hourglass as well as other communication devices. Both Lee Je-hoon and Jo Jin-woong look so fine in leather jackets, coats and suits ❤ What a delight to see them in a pictorial together!

Signal comes from the director of Misaeng and the writer of Three Days, Ghost and Sign. I’ve not seen Misaeng but I’ve watched all 3 of the writer’s works mentioned above and I liked them 🙂 As a fan of thrillers, I look forward to the drama but I’m going to maintain my expectations of it till it airs the pilot episode next Friday. Lee Je Hoon stars as a modern day policeman, alongside actress Kim Hye-soo as another detective and they communicate with a cop from the past played by Jo Jin-woong through radio. The trio will work together to solve cold cases and the drama will show how they become connected by one case.  If you’re interested, the network is showing a 60-minute preview titled Signal: The Beginning this weekend, after the final episode of Reply 1988 airs.
