Lee Je Hoon – L’Officiel HOMMES December 2016 Interview

I know that this is late (to be exact, it has been sitting in my draft for a month!) but here it is, at last, the translation for Lee Je-hoon’s short interview with L’Officiel HOMMES December issue. It has been quite an eventful year for our beloved actor, with his successful drama comeback through Signal earlier this year and his movie Phantom Detective in May. He took his time choosing his next projects and settled with drama Tomorrow with You (that will meet us in February) and movie Park Yeol. Well, enjoy the interview… and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I can’t wait for 2017 and more of Lee Je-hoon next year!

Lee Jong Suk for L’Officiel Hommes

Lee Jong-suk has been featured on a steady stream of magazines prior to and following his latest drama W- Two Worlds; L’Officiel Hommes is just one of them to showcase the model-turned-actor in another stylish pictorial 🙂 The actor made a cameo on mini drama Gogh, The Starry Night starring Kim Young-kwang, Lee Ji-hoon(1988) and Kwon Yuri as the leads. I am currently in the midst of watching this – I think it’s a fun watch, and subtly sheds light on some issues in the workplace. The drama short will air starting this weekend on SBS for four episodes, following the conclusion of Second to Last Love. He will also be making a guest appearance on upcoming drama Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo in support of his label-mates Lee Sung-kyung and Nam Joo-hyuk. Check out the pictures!

Shin Sung Rok for L’ Officiel Hommes

Actor Shin Sung-rok has not been on the small screen since The King’s Face in 2014, and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that he is featured on L’ Officiel Hommes this May! It’s great to see him again ❤ ❤ He was one of the actors who starred as Death in Korean musical Elisabeth which ran from June to September last year and was cast in action film Secret Agent alongside Song Kang-ho, Gong Yoo and Han Ji-min. A release date for the movie has not been set, but it is said to be sometime this year. I first saw him in 2007’s Thank You and last in 2013 hit drama You Who Came From The Stars where his performance as the villain was captivating. Then I heard of how he shone in tvN’s Liar Game back in 2014 (but haven’t seen it yet T.T) so I must make time for it! As we look forward to his dramaland comeback, take this opportunity to check out the pictorial. How about some poker cards? 😉

Ji Jin Hee for L’ Officiel Hommes

Ji Jin-hee, known for his roles in sageuks Dae Jang Geum and Dong Yi as Scholar Min and King Sukjong respectively, is back on the small screen with weekend melodrama I Have A Lover. I haven’t been watching his recent projects (the last one being One Warm Word which I didn’t manage to complete) but I definitely miss seeing him in good dramas so I hope this one will turn out well for him! This month, he is featured on the magazine issue of L’Officiel Hommes and the pictorial is titled [Chill Vibes] 😉 In every look he sports, the shot comes with a Samsonite bag.

Ji Chang Wook – L’Officiel Hommes May 2015

The Healer of All and the rising Asian hero. L’Officiel Hommes Korea does not hesitate to laud heaps of praises for their May cover boy, Ji Chang-wook, and we’re all aware that he’s indeed the one and only Healer. I was waiting if the official magazine site would upload more of the pictorial this week but they’re still saving those for now, so we can only be content with these shots in the meantime. Well…let’s hope that L’Officiel Hommes will be kind enough to share the rest of the pictorial soon!
