I am a not a good fan of Jung Il-woo since I couldn’t even finish The Night Watchman’s Journal last year (please forgive me ;A;) but I do hope that he will have a good and watchable project soon. He’s recently reported to join a Korean-Chinese web drama but he still make some time for another pictorial. Yeay! His latest photo shoot is with the clothing brand Theory Men and it will be featured in VOGUE’s September issue.
Although I missed the news about this last month, it’s never too late to share the pretty! Jung Il-woo is featured in Harper’s BAZAAR for its August edition for a late night’s talk, with flowers in the background. The concept might have something to do with Il-woo and his current ‘flower pants’ style. No problem, he can pull off the patterns effortlessly!
I am still struggling to catch up with the handful of currently airing dramas I am watching right now and I never thought that being away for only eight days could result in this mess: lots of episodes to be watched and lots of drafts waiting to be published. Time doesn’t wait for me and so are the new dramas ready to take over the current dramas which will soon come to an end. As much as I love the dramas (I hate to be separated from the characters! sobs), it’s something inevitable and I can only welcome the new shows with open arms while bidding goodbye to the soon-to-be-ending dramas.
Yeay, he is back~! Jung Il-woo teased his fans with his tweet yesterday and today, more pictures have been released for his pictorial! This time, he is featured on the cover of The Celebrity, Volume 10 for August 2014. He prefers to stay under the radar when he’s not involved in any project so with The Records of a Night Watchman gearing up for August premiere, I hope to see more of him in various magazine spreads 😉
[Specially written for Soompi’s 15th Anniversary. Thanks a lot, Susan! ;)]
Hello! I am muchadoboutlove, a blogger at the talking cupboard. I’ve been an avid drama watcher since I was young, thanks to my father. Korean drama is my latest obsession and the blog was created to become my drama watching diary. Soompi is one of the earliest sites I frequented when I first got my very own internet connection and it’s the first forum site I’ve ever registered with under the name kaeruchan (that is my nickname back in secondary school). It’s not too much to say that I got to learn so many things and meet amazing people through the wonderful site that is Soompi. For the 15th anniversary of Soompi, I feel so honoured and flattered to be given this opportunity to write for Soompi.
Have you ever encountered a couple or pairing in a K-drama or a K-movie that wasn’t the OTP (One True Pairing) or the main couple, but you loved this couple as much, or even more than the main couple? I have a few, or indeed, a handful of these pairings that I really wish to see again, paired together in a drama. Since these actors and actresses, who were once second leads, rise to become the main leads nowadays, it can be hard to see them meet again in dramas, but a fan like me can dream…right?
