Ji Jin Hee and Jung Woo Sung for Esquire

Happy new year everyone! Actors Ji Jin-hee and Jung Woo-sung are featured on Esquire Korea’s January issue – it has been a while since I shared pictorial(s) here so I picked this one 🙂 Since it’s for the same magazine, I decided to compile the two separate pictorials into one. Jung Woo-sung continues to be active in chungmuro, whereas Ji Jin-hee is coming back this year with jtbc drama Misty alongside Kim Nam-joo. It airs on 2nd February, which is quite soon. (Yay! This will be his comeback since Second to Last Love in 2016.)

[Jung Woo-sung has two picture sets which are pretty similar, so I only picked some to share]

If anyone’s interested, check out the video for Misty‘s team at their first script-read session:

  1. What does “Jung Woo-sung continues to be active in chungmuro” mean? I googled “chungmuro” and it’s a place in Seoul? But what’s he “active”ly doing there?

    1. Hey there Beez! Great to see you here! 😀 Basically, it means that he’s active in film. Kinda like the Korean equivalent of saying, so-and-so is active in Hollywood 🙂 (Jas, correct me if I’m wrong!)

        1. Are you kidding? If not for blogs and forums and “nosy” fans, I’d be compulsively scratching my head about my Korean obsession. I think I’m what’s negatively referred to as “a Koreaboo”. (I’m not sure exactly what that is, but I get the distinct impression, it’s said with the same knowing nod as when people say “groupie” about women that come bands around.) lol

  2. I’ve always thought Ji Jon hee was very attractive but I’ve got to say they should’ve thrown out that one picture that has his neck and shoulders at such an odd angle.

Rant Out, Souls!
